A few days later, the unthinkable happened: the bank where I worked was robbed. When Matt got the call, it led to a high-speed chase that ended in a crash and a foot pursuit. Thanks to his determination and teamwork, the robber was caught and put behind bars. Amid the chaos, our conversations and shared experiences led to a bond we couldn’t ignore.
