Our story begins the freshman year of college at Pennsylvania Western University. Fritz-kelly and Maci were both at a mutual friend’s home dancing and socializing the night away with their friends. They both had not known each other at this time however, that changed when Fritz-kelly saw Maci dancing under a blue light across the room and became captivated by her. He walked over to her and politely asked if she liked to dance with him and she said yes. The two immediately connected and their conversation flowed amidst the beats of the music. It was as if they’d known each other for years. After a few songs, they decided to step outside for a breath of fresh air. There, they found more than just common ground. They began talking about everything—from their hometowns to their shared love of the Philadelphia Eagles. The conversation wandered from one topic to the next, and as the night stretched on, it felt like no time had passed at all. By the time the social gathering began to wind down, Fritz-kelly and Maci were inseparable. From that night on, they talked every day, their connection growing deeper with each conversation. They found in each other friendship that would soon evolve into something much more. And so began the story of Fritz-kelly and Maci, a story that started with a dance on October 3rd, 2017—a story they would continue to write together, day after day.
