How We Met
We met through work in February of 2017. At first it started off as coworkers which progressed into a friendship, and after 6 months we both realized there was something there. We went on our first date in Midtown Sacramento trying Moscow & Irish Mules at different bars. We continued to date casually as we were hesitant to announce our interest in each other as we were still coworkers and didn't want to start something that would make working together uncomfortable. 2 months after our first date, we went to LA for business and at the end of that trip realized this wasn't just a passing fancy but something serious.

Sacramento International Airport
California has few airports, to minimize travel time, we suggest SMF as your final airport destination. The next big airports are in the Bay Area and are 3+ hours away depending on traffic.

Holiday Inn Auburn, an IHG Hotel
This hotel is 15 minutes away from the wedding venue. If you plan to stay here, please book by September 13. If you call the hotel, please use refer to the room block as "Melendez Burke Wedding". When booking online be sure to use code MMB. The room blocking will be available for 10/27 and 10/28 and is $180 per night. Are kids allowed?

Due to our limited capacity we are asking that your plus one either be used for your spouse or your child. Thank you for your understanding.

If your invitation did not note a plus one, you were not given a plus one. While we wish we could invite everyone, our budget and venue did not allow for more than the amount of guests we invited.

Yes, we plan on providing all the alcohol. However, if you'd like to tip the bartenders, please have cash on hand.
