Our Ceremony
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm

The ceremony will be held outdoors in a public park. It will be a casual, informal affair with no chairs and minimal cover in case of rain or inclement weather. Please feel free to attend if it works for you, but know that your presence at the reception later is more than enough—we’ll have no hard feelings if you skip the ceremony! Thank you for celebrating with us, no matter how you choose to do so! Please note that transportation will not be provided to and from the ceremony at Fort Allen Park. If you choose to attend the ceremony, the park is just a 15-minute walk from the hotel and downtown Portland. We encourage you to enjoy the stroll if the weather cooperates!

Join us for a non-traditional celebration! Instead of a formal sit-down dinner, we’ll have a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of delicious food, drinks, music, and dancing. We can't wait to celebrate with everyone!

Please note that transportation will not be provided to and from the ceremony. Fort Allen Park, our ceremony venue, has limited parking available. If you choose to attend the ceremony, the park is just a 15-minute walk from the hotel and downtown Portland. We encourage you to enjoy the stroll if the weather cooperates!
Shuttle
Shuttle from the Hotel to the Reception

The first shuttle will leave the hotel at 5 pm and drop guests off at the Bissell Tap Room where they can enjoy a beer or two before the party starts! The second shuttle will leave the hotel at 5:30 pm and guests will arrive right on time to start partying!

The first shuttle from the reception will leave at 9:45pm for guests who are ready for bed or would like to freshen up before the after party. The second shuttle will leave for the hotel at 10:15pm for guests who aren't quite done partying.

Walk along the beautiful Maine coast and get some breathtaking views of the Portland Head light.

Take a Sailboat ride in beautiful Casco Bay!
Bradbury Mountain State Park
Great spot for hikers who would like to get a good view of the fall foliage! Just 30 minutes from Portland.

Have a nice beach day at this beautiful beach in Cape Elizabeth!

Take a ride up to Freeport Maine to check out the massive L.L Bean outlet and do some shopping at the other stores and cute boutiques.

Are kids welcome?

While we absolutely love your kiddos, unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate them at our wedding. If you need a list of trusted babysitters in the area, please reach out to Devin.

Is there parking for the reception?
Answer
Yes there is paid parking at the venue, but we encourage all guests to use the shuttles provided to and from the hotel or use a ride share app.

Can I bring a date?

Because of limited venue space, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. We hope you understand our decision.

Please refer to our website under hotels for the link to our designated room block at the Residence Inn downtown. There are also plenty of hotels downtown Portland if you are looking for something different!
