The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM, so please be sure to arrive about 30 minutes early to get settled.

Will the ceremony take place outdoors?

Answer

Yes, our ceremony will take place outside of the Japanese Gardens, overlooking the Susquehanna River. Following the ceremony, cocktail hour will take place outdoors in the garden. Reception will take place underneath a tent by the ceremony location.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please do! We'd love to accommodate any dietary restrictions guests may have- whatever the reason!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! When arriving at the venue, you will want to use the entrance marked "LAUXMONT GARDENS" (there is a second entrance marked "Lauxmont Farms" which is not the correct entrance). From there, follow the road up the hill until you reach the parking area of the Japanese Gardens. There will be a parking attendant present.
