We met in summer 2021 on Hinge. This is an online dating app for those of you lucky enough to be unaware. After a few early awkward dates, Lucas invited Izzy to spend a week with him and his family on the Oregon coast. Something must have been in that Pacific water as we've been inseparable ever since. We've moved in together, adopted a puppy (adding to the two cats), traveled the world, skied, camped and attended many concerts. We've supported each other through numerous job changes, through daily stressors and the loss of loved ones. Together we share a deeply nerdy sense of curiosity, whether it be for tech, music or language, a tenderness for our pets, and a goofy sense of humor.
