We do ask that you not take photos during the ceremony, we have a team of photographers who will do a wonderful job. Please take tons of photos during the reception though! :)

Outdoor Ceremony

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors - please dress accordingly including shoes that won't get stuck walking across a soft ground

There will be appetizers available after the ceremony (in the bar area - lower level) as well as a BBQ dinner around 7pm.

There will be water/tea/lemonade available in the reception area, and an open bar available to those 21+ in the lower level bar area (beer/wine/cocktails).

Guest List

It was very challenging to create a guest list that included everyone that is special to us while staying within the small venue's max capacity. Please note: we did not include under 16-year-old children (with the exception of close family) and limited remaining guests due to the small space.

Accessibility

Answer

Parking will be in grass/gravel, driveway before the main entrance. There is a drop off loop at the main entrance for anyone who needs a shorter walk. There are no stairs into the venue and a golf cart will be in use for anyone who needs a ride down to the ceremony area. There are no stairs to the bathrooms. There are stairs to the lower level outdoor bar area, however, tea/water/lemonade will be available on the main level.
