Dresscode?

As you saw above, our wedding will have a black tie standard! No jeans, hats of any kind, or colors outside of what is allowed. Additionally SCR is an open venue without A/C or heat so dress accordingly for fall weather. Also, pro tip for the ladies: There is a lot of gravel at the venue so be careful with those stilettos!

Reception conduct expectations?

Answer

We will be serving a small selection of alcohol at our reception and we plan to have an amazing time celebrating and sharing our special day with you! With that being said, our vision for our wedding is a classy and fun environment. This includes being responsible with alcohol and conducting yourself in a respectful way. This is not an expectation, but our firm standard. If you choose not to respect these boundaries then you will be asked to leave and will not be allowed re-entry. Thank you!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to our desired wedding size and inability to accommodate for people who were not specifically invited, we will only be allowing plus one's for specific people. This will be specified when you scan your invitation QR code and register for the wedding!

Are children allowed? / Are my kids included in my invite?

Answer

With respect, we request that our ceremony and reception be an adult-only event. Due to preference and certain restrictions, we will not be able to accommodate for children.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We request that all of our guests be at least 15 minutes early to the ceremony. If you are late you are more than welcome to join us after the ceremony for cocktail hour and the reception, but we are firm in our decision that you will not join the ceremony if you are late.

Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We will have a professional photographer taking pictures for us, therefore we request that our ceremony be completely unplugged. No cellphones or video cameras please! We promise that we will share pictures from our special day with you.
