This will not be a traditional "hall" reception. We will visit, eat, and entertain ourselves with boardgames in the center's party room before hitting the lanes. We will spend the bulk of our time in the bowling area, which features 10 full lanes, seating, and bar. Guests are welcome to bounce between the two areas but please do not expect a dance floor. Bring cash for our Stoysich meat raffle.
Honestly, anything goes. We're all adults here. You are more than welcome to come however you feel comfortable. We will spend quite a bit of time bowling so comfort is a definite priority.
There are limited parking spots in small lots adjacent to the center. There are a handful of spots in each of the north and west lots. A larger lot is along the south side of the actual church building. We would ask guests to prioritize street parking, carpooling, or ride-sharing. There is abundant street parking available on the residential streets surrounding the center. Guests parking in the neighborhood will have a short but steep walk up Bancroft.
We invite guests to arrive at 2:00 pm. We will greet folks and begin serving food at 2:30 pm. We will begin trickling to and from the bowling lanes thereafter. Guests are welcome onsite wrecking pins until 6:00 pm.
We would both loving having them around but no kiddos unless directly addressed on your postmarked invitation. Unfortunately, the space simply does not support the numbers at this point. We're trying our best here but are limited by the physical space. We strongly encourage guests planning to imbibe to make appropriate arrangements to ensure a safe ride home. Please let us know if you require assistance as we wish everyone an enjoyable but safe afternoon.
