Our Story
Girl meets boy at work. Girl thinks boy is hot but an ass, which is typical in these scenarios. Both are married with kids so really doesn't matter. Time passes and boy and girl become work friends. Now they no longer work together but a group of us work friends all keep in touch over the years. Now it is 2019 and it has been a while since the group of old work friends had talked. Long story short, boy and girl meet for dinner and their lives were forever changed. Now fast forward to 2021 and girl moves to San Antonio to be with the love of her life. Now it is October 6, 2023 and boy recreates the night that had forever changed their lives and asked girl to marry him and she said yes!

Beach/Golf Attire: Wear linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, shorts (no cut-offs or T-shirts),maxi dresses, and sandals.
The ceremony will be outside. It is summer time in Texas. It will be HOT! We want you to be as comfortable as possible. Good news...reception is inside with A/C. There will be a sign that says to pick a seat not a side, so make yourself comfortable on either side. After ceremony the Winders, Griggs, Anglin, Carey, & Ruggiero families are asked to stay behind for pictures along with the wedding party of course. Everyone else make your way to the reception hall where cocktail hour will start immediately after the ceremony.

Take a pic, sign our book, and take note of your table #. Open bar with beer, wine, and liquor, as well as a champagne/cider toast. There will also be a station with coffee, tea, & water. Feel free to tip the bartender. Appetizers served for 1 hour and then a buffet style dinner. Menu below: Hot Appetizers: Crisp Dumplings with Pineapple Teriyaki Dipping Sauce, Pulled Pork Canapes with Pineapple Salsa, Spicy Jamaican Jerk Chicken Skewers, & Chicken & Waffles with Bourbon syrup Cold Appetizers: Variety of Domestic & Imported Cheese with Crackers & Fresh Mozzarella & Grape Tomato Caprese Skewers Buffet: Eight Assorted Salads, Panko Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Sherry Cream, Five-Cheese Tortellini Pesto Parmesan, and a carving station with Slow-Roasted Prime Rib Au Jus with Creamed Horseradish all served with Garlic Mashed, Potatoes, Seasonal Veggies, & Fresh Baked Dinner Rolls with Butter HAVE FUN!

This is a speakeasy and it is one of our favorite hidden gems.

The BEST French 75! They have a bar and restaurant upstairs and downstairs they have a speakeasy downstairs.

Very cool tiki bar on the riverwalk.
Casa Rio
My favorite Tex-Mex restaurant on the riverwalk. Everything is good but you must try the chili con carne for sure. Ruggs cannot go there and not have that with his chips.
The Palm - San Antonio
Very good and it is a bit pricey.
The Pearl
This is an area just outside of downtown but is connected to the riverwalk. There are some restaurants and bars. Just a beautiful place to see.
Down On Grayson
Absolutely one of the best restaurants around. It is located down by the Pearl that is right outside of downtown.
