Liz & Mike are working with a Certified Destination Wedding Specialist for group rates. You do not need to book your airfare until you are ready, but do recommend to book your room as soon as possible as rooms will book fast. To hold your room, it is $100 and final payment is not due until December 2024. The $100 deposit is not due until you have confirmed your room choice. The Travel Agent also has payment plans for your rooms at no interest or fee charge if you are interested. The HIDEAWAY side of the resort is the ADULTS ONLY SIDE. The Hideaway is the Adults Only side and the other side is the Family side. Then choose your room type. **If you do not see a room offered with the travel agent that you would like that is on the resort website, please request through Donna by email or phone** **Honeymoon suites are available as rooms too, not just for bride & groom. 4. Register yourself by entering your email information & creating our own password. 5. Complete deposit form and once room is confirmed, you will receive and email and the n your deposit of $100 will be completed.

Flight

United, American, Delta, etc.

United has a direct flight to and from Cleveland to Cancun that we are planning to fly. The flight departure is Saturday 2/22/2025 at 7:30am-11:25am United Flight UA1038 and the return flight departure is Saturday 3/01/2025 at 12:35pm-4:12pm United Flight UA1037. Please use google flights to track flight prices for the best time to book your flight. Best rates are usually between end of August and end of October. Feel free to choose whichever airline best suits your needs. Watch Google Flights or any other app to find the best rates. We are watching daily and will send out updates as we see good rates and will confirm our flights with the group for those that want to try to fly on the same airline. Currently they are high at $600-$700 for roundtrip on United.

Shuttle

Shuttle from the airport to the resort

Please take the shuttle service offered through the Travel Agent at Destination Weddings. It is included in the cost of your room and is the recommended service. The Travel Agent will coordinate shuttle service based on your flight information you provide. You do not need to provide your flight information until you book your airfare. Uber/Lyft or not allowed on hotel properties and the distance from the security gate to the resort is roughly a 30-45 minute walk. A taxi to and from the airport to the resort is $50-$60 each way if you chose that option.
