Wedding Day Transportation
For guests staying at the Best Western Kent Narrows Inn or the Hilton Garden Inn Kent Island, we will be providing shuttle transportation to the venue. The first shuttle pick up from the hotels will be scheduled at 4:30pm. The second shuttle pick up from the hotels will be at 5:00pm. If you don't make it on one of these shuttles, you will be responsible for your own transportation to the venue! The shuttles will run until 11:00pm for transportation back to the hotels from the venue

In case you're in the mood for a hike or some water activities - Quiet Waters Park is a great spot! They have boats, paddle boards, and plenty of walking trails to explore!

The US Naval Academy is also in Annapolis! It's open from sunrise to sunset for people to walk in and explore.

When should I RSVP by?

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outside! The Cocktail Hour and Reception will be indoor / outdoor venues, with options to be outside in the beautiful July weather or under a tent.

What's the dress code?
Answer
For our wedding, please dress to impress in your best elevated cocktail attire! For men, we suggest a suit, or pants and a sports coat. For women, while you'll look fabulous in whatever you choose, we recommend a midi or a cocktail dress.

Unless otherwise specified, please take advantage of our wedding being a date night to get away from the kids!

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Answer
Yes! Your RSVP has a place to respond with any and all dietary restrictions. Please be sure to include allergies specifically so the kitchen can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive at the wedding ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony starts promptly at 5:30pm! We will have shuttles at the designated pick up locations ready to pick up guests from their hotels at 4:30pm and 5:00pm. If you're planning on driving, please plan on being in your seats by 5:30pm.
