Dressy casual. Our #1 priority is that our guests are comfortable! The weather may be warm, and the ceremony and reception will take place in grassy areas. No Chacos or shorts please :) Bring a warmer layer for the evening as the coast range can cool quickly with the sunset
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30, please allow for time to park and find a seat. Feel free to come as early as 4:30 if you need time to set up camping gear, or would like to explore the garden and forest trails and enjoy an iced beverage before taking a seat.
A friend of yours is a friend of ours! For guests we've invited as individuals, an automatic "Guest" line is added to the digital RSVP form. Feel free to come by yourself or with a guest of your choosing. We ask that you indicate your choice accordingly when RSVPing to ensure we have adequate seating and food for all.
A buffet style dinner will be served at the reception. Beer, wine, and cider will be provided alongside non-alcoholic beverages and water.
All are welcome to stay through Sunday morning at the Thyme Garden. There is a section of land at our venue for tent set-up (pictured), and sleeping in cars/campers is an option as well. There are bathrooms with running water, though showers are not available. Coffee and light breakfast fare will be provided Sunday morning. We urge you to consider camping or alternative arrangements if you plan to drink, the Alsea highway is narrow and winding! 'Glamping' tents with queen-sized air mattresses are available, contact the brides to learn more and reserve. We also have a limited number of regular camping tents/gear to lend out for the occasion. Please reach out if this is something that would make travel easier, or if you have other questions about amenities.
