Question

Question

How should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, please mail back the card to us that was sent with your invitation. Kindly submit your RSVP by June 8th, 2026.

Question

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking available at Ashley Farm. The parking lot is a grassy flat area with gravel roads in and out of the farm.

Question

Are there any accommodations for guests with mobility issues?

Answer

Yes! There will be golf carts available to provide guests who need assistance to and from the parking area, ceremony and reception locations. The reception barn is 2 levels, so please let us know when you RSVP if stairs are an issue for you - that we can make sure to reserve a place for you on the main level. Restrooms are handicap accessible.

Question

Info on Ashley Farm you need to know

Answer

Indoor /outdoor event. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. Dinner and dancing will be inside the reception barn. Please plan for some uneven terrain, grassy surfaces and concrete floors. We ask that you please wear comfortable shoes or have a back up option in case you need to change. If you tend to get chilly in the evening, please plan to bring a light sweater or a jacket and sunglasses are suggested for during the day.

Question

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Our ceremony would move to the indoor ceremony barn location at Ashley Farm. Please bring an umbrella since walking outside is necessary between the parking area, barns and restrooms

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, please feel free to take as many photos/videos as you like throughout our wedding celebration! All we ask is that you refrain from getting in the way of the professionals that we have hired to capture our day. During the ceremony, please do not stand in or enter the aisles to take photos. All photos must be taken at your seat location. Any photos taken of our day will be a MUST share -we can’t wait to see all the sneak peeks of our day from your viewpoints.💜

Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! Please see the travel page above for details about our hotel block at the Holiday Inn.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all of our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!
