Strathalbyn Motel has kindly reserved all of its accommodation for our wedding guests. If you would like to stay locally, please contact the motel directly and reference the Field/Brooks Wedding before July 2026 to secure your room. After this date, any remaining rooms will be released to the public. Of course, you are also very welcome to arrange alternative accommodation if you prefer.

Shuttle

A shuttle has been organised for guests staying locally in Strathalbyn. It will depart from the front of Strathalbyn Motel at 2:30pm. At the conclusion of the evening, a return shuttle will be ready for departure at 10:45pm.

What should I wear?
Answer
The dress code is formal. Our bridesmaids will be wearing pastel blue, so we kindly ask guests to avoid this colour. As it will be cooler at this time of year, please consider bringing a coat or jacket.

Can I bring a gift?
Answer
Your presence is more than enough, however if you would like to give a gift, we will have a wishing well at the reception.

Is there car parking on the day?
Answer
Yes, there will be a designated car park available. Please note that parking is limited, so we kindly ask that you do not park in unallocated areas or block any driveways.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list and RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Due to space limitations, only the children named on the invitation will be able to attend.
