We met while students at Anderson University in August of 2022, at the beginning of Lilly's sophomore year of college and Landon's junior year. We officially met at RA training before the school semester began. Landon was hired as the SRA for townhomes, and Lilly worked on the same team as an RA. We spent the fall semester as friends, spending time in groups, and getting to know each other more through working together. During the spring semester of that year, we formed a closer bond as friends and began to spend more time together outside of group settings. Landon asked Lilly out on their first official date on April 20, 2023, and we spent the day having a picnic by the lake at Green Pond Landing. We made things official just a few days later on April 23rd. Having formed such a close connection as friends, it was an easy transition into a dating relationship. We spent a couple of years dating, getting to know each other, and finishing our college careers before Landon proposed at Rope Hill Park in GA on November 29, 2025. We are so excited to enter into this next stage of our relationship, and we have thanked God for every blessing we have received in our relationship along the way. We have loved every stage from coworkers to best friends to dating and to engagement. We can't wait to share our wedding day with all of our closest friends and family.
