Liam had just moved back to Omaha after living in Florida and had just started a new job in Downtown Omaha as a security officer. Jackie had also just started a new job in Downtown Omaha, about 8 blocks away from Liam, after living in Omaha for only 6 months and working a different job, now starting the new year at a new job. Liam and Jackie met on an online dating site and started their conversation talking about computer video games. Their first date was at the Village Inn for dinner, but because Liam worked nights, they had breakfast. They planned their second date to be about a week and a half later, but ended up seeing each other 3 more times in between. One of which was when Jackie's car battery died and Liam saved the day by helping her get it changed. Jackie and Liam started dating on February 29th, 2024, and plan to celebrate their anniversary every four years. They got engaged on Christmas Eve 2024.
