Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

The ceremony will be an unplugged ceremony. We ask that our guests leave cameras at home and refrain from using cell phones to take photos or to post on social media. The wedding photographer will capture the special moments and we will gladly share those images with you.

When should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4pm, but we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior in order to get settled before the proceedings begin.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit and tie for men. Men are also welcome to wear dress pants and a collared shirt.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by March 15th, 2024. If you are unable to RSVP on the website, please reach out to Lia at (307) 286-9144 or Issac at (307) 221-2389, and we will do it for you!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. In case of bad weather, we may be moved inside. Our hope is to remain outside, so please look ahead at the weather and bring any necessities. We recommend sunscreen, sunglasses, hats and a jacket in case of colder weather. The cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors.

What will the weather be like?

As much as we wish we could predict the weather, it is almost impossible! The latest May weather was rainy, however we are hoping for clear skies and warm weather. Please look ahead at the forecast and be prepared!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is a parking lot located at the venue for our guests. Signs will be posted at the venue to ensure you arrive at the correct parking lot.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Children are welcome at our wedding, however if you want to leave them home, we completely understand! There is a playground located just outside the indoor venue, which will be accessible for your children!

There is a full service cash bar available at the venue. Please plan to bring a credit or cash for the bar. Tea, coffee and soda will be complimentary.
