Transportation
There will be a bus to pick up anyone at Hampton Inn and Home 2 Suites. Please be there by 3:20 the bus will leave at 3:30.
There will be another bus for anyone at Holiday Inn Express. Please be there by 3:20, the bus will leave at 3:30.
Leaving the reception:
There will be an early bus that will arrive around 9:15 and leave by 9:30. This bus will stop at all three hotels.
Reception ends at 10:30
There will be two buses leaving at 10:30. One bus for Hampton Inn and Home 2 suite and the other to Holiday Inn Express. Please make sure you are on the correct bus.
You can also call the hotels a few days before and see if they will give you an early check-in on Saturday.
