Here is a rough schedule for the evening. Wedding Ceremony (4:00 PM- 5:30 PM) Cocktail hour - Saturday, October 18, 2025 5:00 PM- 6:00 PM Dinner Reception - (6:00 PM - 7:30 PM) Dances and Speeches (7:30 PM - 11:30 PM) After Party at Sagebrush Cantina (11:30 PM - 2:00 AM)

This is a nice hotel that is less than a 15 minute drive from the Venue - This one is the nicest but pricier hotel option. pet friendly too.

This is the slightly more affordable hotel. 10 minute drive to the wedding Venue
Flight
Hollywood Burbank Airport
This is my preference to fly in to the valley. It's not far from the venues and hotels - 30-40 minutes depending on the day and time.

LAX - International - (Would avoid if possible)
There are two options for flights - LAX for international. I recommend bob hope airport for people in the states.
