In 2021, Mitshaina moved from Haiti to Miami. She soon began attending the same church as Lenz’s sister, who was in Miami for college. Though Mitshaina is naturally reserved and never seeks to be noticed, Lenz’s sister's helpful nature led to them forming a close friendship. Lenz was first introduced to Mitshaina at a wedding and was immediately struck by her beauty. From that moment on, he found himself noticing her more and more during his visits to his sister’s church. One day, Lenz’s sister brought Mitshaina along to visit Lenz’s church. During that visit, Lenz had the opportunity to form a friendship of his own with her. From there, their bond began to grow and eventually blossomed into the love they share today.
