The closest airport is Redmond Municipal Airport (45 minute drive), with the Eugene Airport (2 hour drive) and Portland International Airport (3 hour drive) being other options.
Things To Do
We are so excited to share Black Butte with you! Lena grew up spending time there with her family every year, and we have spent time there together while camping nearby.
Within Black Butte, activities include swimming, biking, tennis, golfing, lounging, and reading.
Sisters, OR is a cute town to wander around and about 10 minutes drive from Black Butte.
The surrounding area includes lots of beautiful places to hike! Our favorites include Smith Rock State Park and along the Metolius River.
Bend, OR is a great city to walk around. It has restaurants, ice cream, breweries, and the last Blockbuster store. We never regret a visit to the High Desert Museum!

It is not easy nor inexpensive to get to Black Butte, and we are so grateful that many of our loved ones are able to make the trip. We do not expect any gifts beyond having you with us to celebrate. We did open cash funds with Venmo (fee free) and credit card (small fee) payment options for those who still wish to contribute.
