We would also like to welcome anyone who can make it to our gift opening Sunday, July 20th from 9am-11am back in the Vine House! Coffee is on us :)

Where will the reception be?

Answer

Our entire day of ceremony, dinner, & reception will all take place on Cork & Crate’s beautiful 28 acres of wedding venue!

What is the parking situation?

Answer

Our venue has a large parking lot right out front, easy wheelchair access around the yard to the patio & place of ceremony.

Will there be bar service?

Answer

We are excited to offer a Toonie Bar! Unfortunately there is poor service for a debit/credit machine at our venue so plan to bring cash. Please respect our hard working bartenders and don’t bring your own booze.

How can I drink, but get home safely?

Answer

Olds Taxis & Ubers are available to pick you up at our venue whenever you decide it’s time to head home safely.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal :) & a note to the female guests.. please do not wear white, sage green or copper to allow the bride & her bridesmaids to feel special on their day.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity at our venue, guests will only be allowed to invite a plus one if that is indicated on their invitation or their plus one’s name is already included as well. Please refrain from reaching out to the bride & groom to ask for additional plus ones.

What if I arrive late?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:00pm sharp, we reccomend you aim to make it to our venue between 2:00 & 2:30pm in order to limit your chance of being late. If you do end up being late, we ask you please stand at the back in order to not interrupt the flow of the ceremony.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Unfortunately the same venue capacity rules apply as the plus ones. If your children’s names are not listed on the invitation, we kindly ask you leave them at home so we may enjoy our wedding with their wonderful parents.

Is personal photography allowed?

Answer

We are beyond thrilled to have a professional photographer capturing our day. We kindly ask everyone to silence and put their phones away & be in the moment with us for our ceremony, but you may pull your cameras out after.

Will we be outside or inside?

Answer

Weather permitting, we will have our ceremony & cocktail hour outside on Cork & Crates stunning 28 acres! Our reception & dance will be inside the vine house, but people can mingle inside & out as they please.
