Semi-formal/cocktail attire
Ceremony starts at 4pm followed by cocktail hour and appetizers. Catering will be provided by Sarcastic Swine BBQ and we’ll have a menu including brisket, grilled chicken and steak tips. The reception will end at 10pm, so join us back at the campers for cozy clothes, campfires and s’mores!

When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
We would appreciate all guests planning to attend our wedding ceremony and reception to RSVP by September 3rd, 2025, regardless if you are staying onsite at AutoCamp or not

Do I need to stay at AutoCamp?
Answer
No, but we would really love for all our favorite people to enjoy the whole weekend with us. AutoCamp is such a unique camping experience and we would love to share our passion for camping with you!

When should I book my camper by?
Answer
The cutoff date for our room block is September 3rd, 2025, after this day we cannot guarantee camper availability

Do I need to book in your room block?

No, but it’s recommended since we get a discounted rate!

Is it BYOB since it’s a campground?
Answer
Yes! And we encourage you to pack a cooler for the weekend. *However* during formal event times on Saturday 4-10pm we cannot have any outside alcohol. But do not worry, there will be a bartender serving to quench your thirst!

What do I need to bring?
Answer
AutoCamp really has it all! Airstreams and cabins are fully stocked with all linens, kitchenettes with dining/cookware and toiletries. They also have a great 24/7 General Store in case you need anything. From our past stays at AutoCamp, I would recommend bringing a foldable/portable camping chair (so you can join others campsites!), an extra blanket and hoodie for the chilly October nights, snacks, drinks, and of course your party energy!

Can I bring my dog?
Answer
Short answer- yes, AutoCamp is a dog friendly campground and they do charge a pet fee. *BUT* dogs cannot be left unattended in the campers, so you would need someone to stay with them during wedding activities. We don’t want you to miss out on the fun, so unless you bring a pet sitter along, it might be a good idea for them to stay home!

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
We love your little ones, however we would love even more for you to have the night off to really enjoy our wedding (and yourselves too!), so please no children during formal wedding day times.
