Guests will head to The Flagstaff House after the ceremony, while the bride and groom take portrait couple photos down the street at Lost Gulch Overlook, before reuniting with everyone to have a celebratory dinner and enjoy some breathtaking views.
Flight
The Denver Airport is a 30 minute drive to Boulder. For those not renting a car, we or a family member can pick you up and bring you to your lodging accommodation. Downtown Boulder is walkable and accessible and the city can be easily navigated by ride-share services.
Hotel
The bride and groom will be staying at Hilton Garden Inn from Sunday, September 15th - Wednesday, September 18th. If you do not choose to stay here, we would love to have you close! While Halfway House and The Flagstaff House have the same address - they are located right across the street from each other.
The dinner reception will take place on a covered terrace outside. In the case of inclement weather, the covered terrace has overhead heaters and temporary walls that we can use.
Halfway House has a small lot with 12 parking spaces - there's a $5 daily parking permit to park on Flagstaff Mountain that can be purchased at the parking lot or online through ParkMobile. There's a complimentary valet service at The Flagstaff House. Ride share services like Uber or Lyft are also readily available in the area if needed!
The dress code is black tie optional. Feel free to go all out!
