Ceremony

4:30 pm

We invite our guests to dress in garden party attire—elegant and polished, but not formal. Think flowy dresses, floral prints, dressy jumpsuits, sport coats, dress shirts, and slacks. Ties are welcome but not required. We encourage light colors, cheerful patterns, and seasonal fabrics that feel comfortable for an outdoor celebration.

Family Photos

5:00 pm

Immediately following the ceremony, we kindly ask that everyone remain seated for a large family photo. Our photographer will arrange everyone into position, and keeping guests in their seats helps the process move along much more quickly and smoothly. After the group photo, our photographer will call up family members and other groups for smaller photos. We are excited to take this opportunity to capture as many updated family photos as possible and greatly appreciate your patience and participation!

Cocktail Hour

5:30 pm - 6:15 pm

Following the ceremony and family photos, we anticipate a brief period of downtime before dinner begins. During this time, we invite everyone to relax and enjoy a drink at the AC Lounge, located in the hotel lobby. When it's time for dinner, we will make our way upstairs to Level 10 to continue the celebration. We look forward to spending the evening with you!

Dinner and Celebration

6:30 pm

We will be enjoying a seated dinner at Rick Erwin's Level 10, located on the 10th floor of the AC Hotel. The evening will begin with hors d'oeuvres, followed by a thoughtfully prepared multi-course dinner. Guests will also be able to enjoy their choice of beverages from the bar throughout the evening. Following dinner, we will cut the wedding cake and share our first dance as newlyweds. As each course is prepared and served, we encourage everyone to relax, mingle, and enjoy the company of family and friends in our private dining room. We anticipate dinner and the evening's festivities lasting several hours and look forward to celebrating with all of you.
