Wedding Week
We have blocked rooms for our guests at the Hyatt Ziva, Puerto Vallarta all-inclusive resort March 4, 2029- March 9, 2024. Guests are welcome to arrive & depart whichever day they wish, we just need to know your plans by October 15th!
March 6, 2024, we will host a welcome dinner on the beach. Please wear white!
March 7, 2024, we get married! Ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm.
March 8, 2024, we would love to spend the day continuing the celebrations with our loved ones!
Payment & Travel
We understand this is an expense and we are so thankful for all of you who can join us.
Payment will be due as follows and can be made through a link which will be provided as soon as we get it from the resort.
August 30th: $200/person non-refundable deposit
October 10th: second deposit of 50% (non-refundable)
December 10th: final payment (non-refundable)
Please note that you are welcome to make early payments, we just ask that amounts due be paid on the dates laid out above. It will make it easier on all of us :)
We know this payment schedule requires quick decisions and we apologize! Unfortunately, it is the resort's decision on when payments are due from guests.
Our travel agent is working to get you all information on flights. Of course, you are welcome to book them on your own as well! We recommend flying into Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR).
