"We originally met back in high school—don’t ask me how exactly, my memory’s not that great! But what I do remember clearly is that we started dating in September of 2021, and everything changed from there. I realized I wanted to marry Lauren when coming home to her wasn’t just a part of my routine—it became the best part of my day. It felt right. It felt like home. I knew I wanted her by my side—not just for the good days, but for all the days."
"It didn’t take long for me to know Jimmy was the one. The way he treats Clay and me with so much love and care made it clear early on. I knew right away he’d make an amazing husband and father. I could tell he’d always show up for us in all the right ways."

Please note that Palo Duro Canyon can be especially busy in the evenings, and long wait times at the entrance are common. To help ensure a smooth check-in and avoid any delays: • We highly recommend purchasing a day pass in advance by visiting the Palo Duro Canyon website: https://texasstateparks.reserveamerica.com/camping/palo-duro-canyon-state-park/r/deDetails.do?contractCode=TX&parkId=1200105 • Alternatively, you may pay $8 in cash at the gate. While we love your little ones, we’ve chosen to keep our wedding a mostly adults-only celebration. A small number of children, personally invited by the bride and groom, will be in attendance. We kindly ask all other guests to please make arrangements for child care in advance. Thank you for understanding and helping us create a special, intimate day.
Reception is from 4 PM to 9 PM Palo Duro Canyon gates will close at 10 PM
The ceremony will be a small, intimate gathering with close family and friends. If you’ve been invited to the ceremony, the time and details will be listed on your personal invitation. We’re so grateful for your support and can’t wait to celebrate together at the reception later that day!
We’re taking over the DJ booth (well… kind of)! 🎶 When you RSVP, don’t forget to drop a song or two you’d love to hear. We want to dance the night away to your favorite tunes!
The ceremony will take place outdoors, so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes suitable for natural terrain. It may be warm, so please come prepared with sunscreen, sunglasses, or a little shade if needed. We want you to be comfortable as we say “I do” under the sky!
Let’s Chill… Then Dance! We’re keeping the party cool—literally! The reception will be indoors with central A/C, so you can escape the heat and still dance your butt off in comfort. Bring your moves, we’ll bring the breeze! 💃🕺
