The ceremony begins at 6pm sharp. Please plan to arrive at 5:30pm. Keep in mind that Friday traffic headed eastbound could be hectic. The ceremony will take place outdoors.

We’ll be hanging poolside! This is super low key. The Hyatt has a lovely pool and bar on the marina.

Catch the shuttle
If you’re driving, consider hopping on the shuttle from the Hyatt East End in Riverhead at 5pm SHARP. It’ll be easier to catch an Ubers from there than it is from Giorgios. Shuttles will return guests back to the hotels beginning midnight when the reception ends and continue throughout the afterparty, making drop offs at the Hyatt & Home2suites

Welcome/care bags
If you’re staying at the Hyatt, Home2suites, or the Preston House, let the front desk know you are a guest of the Coacci-Laube wedding so that you receive a welcome bag. Each guest should receive their own bag at the reception desk. If you are not staying at one of these hotels, you can retrieve a bag at the exit station at Giorgios.

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
Shuttle pickup at both hotels is at 5:00pm, arriving at Giorgios for the 6:00pm ceremony. Shuttles will take guests back to the hotels, running continuously after the reception and throughout the afterparty.
