The Lake House at Avondale Estates, located in Avondale Estates adjacent to Decatur.
Hotel
Courtyard by Marriott Decatur Downtown
The hotel where many people are staying is the Courtyard by Marriott in Downtown Decatur. There will be a shuttle arranged from the hotel to the venue (~10 minute drive) or you can choose to arrive by car or taxi/Uber. There are also many AirBnBs and hotels in the area to choose from. If you prefer to stay in downtown Atlanta, it will be about a 20-30 minute drive to the venue depending on traffic.
