Our venue is located about a 45 minute drive from Traverse City or about 15 minutes from Suttons Bay. We have reserved a block at Bayshore Resort, but there are plenty of options nearby to stay if you are looking for something different. Please book ahead of time as this is still considered peak season in the area.

Taxi & Ride Share

Since our venue is in a remote area of the Leelanau peninsula, ride share options will be extremely limited, especially at night after the event. If you will need transportation to/from the event, please be sure to plan ahead. Uber/Lyft may have some availability from downtown Traverse City to the venue during the afternoon. However, it is likely to be unavailable at the end of the event. Instead, we recommend contacting Up North Taxi service to book transportation to/from your lodging to the venue and back. You can visit the website, or call 231-499-0269 to book. We recommend you book ASAP, as there are limited taxi cabs available.

Travel Note

Parking Information

Field parking will be available next door to the venue to accommodate up to 70 cars. There will be a short walk from the lot to the venue. For those who may need additional assistance, a golf cart will be available to transport you from the lot to the venue. Please note that GPS directions will direct you to the driveway of the venue, which will be blocked off. The parking lot is on the right just before the venue (if traveling north from Traverse City). Please look for parking signs as you are approaching the venue!
