WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?

THE CEREMONY STARTS AT 3 PM, WITH THE DOORS OPENING AT 2 PM. PLEASE ARRANGE TO ARRIVE AT LEAST 20 MINUTES EARLY TO ENSURE THERE IS ENOUGH TIME TO FIND YOUR SEAT. WE WILL BE CLOSING ARRIVAL TIME 5 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE BRIDAL PARTY ENTERING THE CEREMONY.

WILL THERE BE PARKING AVAILABLE?

YES, OUR VENUE HAS A PARKING LOT TO ACCOMMODATE OUR GUESTS. FOR IMPAIRED DRIVERS: PARKING WILL BE AVAILABLE UNTIL 12 PM ON MARCH 9TH 2025. ANY VEHICLE REMAINING ON THE PROPERTY AFTER 12 PM WILL BE TOWED AT OWNERS EXPENSE.

PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR PLANNED ATTENDANCE BY FEBRUARY 1ST OF 2025. UNFORTUNATELY GUESTS WHO ARE NOT RSVP’D BY THIS DATE WILL BE UNINVITED TO OUR WEDDING. OUR CATERING COMPANY NEEDS AN EXACT HEAD COUNT BY THIS DATE IN ORDER TO ENSURE THERE IS A PLATE FOR EVERYONE. THIS ALSO APPLIES TO ALL OTHER VENDORS WE HAVE BOOKED. DON’T WORRY, I WILL BE SURE TO SEND OUT PLENTY OF REMINDERS!

YES! PLEASE BRING EVERY CHILD LISTED ON YOUR INVITE. WE PLAN TO PROVIDE ONSITE CHILDCARE FOR CHILDREN 3 YEARS AND UNDER DURING THE CEREMONY. THERE WILL BE MORE DETAILS TO COME.

WE ASK OUR GUESTS TO WEAR FORMAL ATTIRE AVOIDING WHITE & FAVORING BLACK. WE ARE PLANNING TO HAVE OUR CEREMONY OUTSIDE ON THE COVERED PATIO. IF THE WEATHER DOES NOT COOPERATE WE WILL SWITCH OUR PLANS TO AN INDOOR CEREMONY. HOWEVER PLEASE DRESS ACCORDING TO THE DAY OF WEATHER UPDATES.
