Our story began back in the halls of Willis High School, where a friendship sparked that would one day lead to forever. We were always part of the same friend groups, and somehow, we always found ourselves talking and laughing with each other. After graduating from Willis, we both made our way to Texas A&M University. Throughout the years, one of our favorite traditions was spending "Boat Days" together at Brett’s parents' house — sunshine, water, and endless memories. Looking back, it’s clear that God kept placing us in each other’s lives, gently weaving our paths closer and closer. We always knew there was something special between us. It wasn't until the Frio River trip in July 2023 that our spark finally ignited — a trip that changed our lives forever. Shortly after that, Brett cooked steaks and brought flowers for our very first date. A month later, we officially became boyfriend and girlfriend! From that moment on, we were inseparable — always there for each other, finding joy and laughter in every season we walked through together. After a wonderful year of dating, Brett proposed to Kylie on September 21st, 2024, at our favorite local winery — a place we lovingly call "Our Spot." It was a beautiful day surrounded by family and friends, full of love and unforgettable memories. Sometimes we joke that we wish we had started our relationship sooner, but we know it all happened exactly when it was meant to — in God’s perfect timing. We love that we push each other to be the best versions of ourselves, find joy in the simple things, and keep God at the center of our relationship. We can't wait to start this next chapter together and are so excited to celebrate with all of you!
