Kylee and Tino met in October of 2017. Kylee had just adopted the most adorable puppy, Dot, and she told herself she would help her bring her out of her shell and meet new people. Two days later, Dot ran up to the new farrier at the barn… Tino introduced himself, and Kylee quickly did some Facebook stalking. She found a mutual friend, Jan, and asked for the details on the hot new farrier at her barn. Jan told Kylee to ask for some thrush medicine, and encouraged Tino to leave his number “in case she needed anything else”. He followed suit, and Kylee and Tino met up the following weekend at the Sacramento International Horse Show and quickly hit it off. Tino will tell you it was a few weeks later that really sealed the deal for him when he opened her freezer to find a bunch of wild game meat (thanks Dad!).
