What time should I arrive to the wedding ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3pm. We recommend arriving 35-45 minutes before.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, there is parking in a field before the venue. Old cars will be allowed to park on the hill above the venue for photos. There will be signs where to park.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

The wedding is outdoors but will have a covered area.

What if the weather is bad?

Answer

The wedding will be rain or shine! Be sure to bring other clothes if needed to accommodate any weather changes.

What should I wear?

Answer

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees (please nothing inappropriate). Just don't forget we are in Washington and the weather can change at any moment.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We would prefer children stay home but if you need to bring them that is fine. The venue is around a large non swimmable pond that is easily accessible. If you bring your kids please keep a very close eye on them. This will not be a kid friendly event.

What kind of food will there be?

Answer

We are having buffet style catering from La Conner Seafood & Prime Rib House. The food will be Thanksgiving style with Turkey and Pork Tenderloin as the meat options. We will also be have Lumpia out for the cocktail hour to snack on before the dinner.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we will supply some beer, wine and liquor. If there is anything specific you would like to drink you are welcome to bring your own drinks. We will also have water, juice and soda.

Should I buy a wedding gift? If so, where do I send it?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you were thinking of giving a gift to help us on our way, a gift of cash towards our honeymoon, would really make our day! If however it’s a gift you find, please be assured we will not mind! You can have it delivered to our home at 14835 Valley View Dr Mount Vernon, WA 98273 or bring it to the wedding. A wedding card box will also be at our reception.

Am I allowed to take photos at the wedding?

Absolutley! We will also have a website for everyone to share their photos with us, so we can share the memories forever! Our hashtag, if you choose to use it, will be #santiagosfsu
