The Adventure So Far
Rachael and Kyle's story began in 2004, in chorus class at Orange Park High School in Florida. Life took them in different directions, but music always had a way of bringing them back together. In 2014, they reconnected for a music festival, but soon after, life carried them even farther apart: Kyle moved to Phoenix, Arizona, and Rachael headed to Texas for optometry school. Every few years, they would exchange a quick message on Facebook to see how things were, then continue on with their day to day lives. Then one day, Rachael reached out to Kyle after buying tickets to see a musician they had intended to see at that same festival years earlier. By then, Kyle was living in Buffalo, New York, but that one message changed everything. One conversation turned into another and soon they were talking every day. In September of 2023, Kyle flew to Texas for a visit- 24 hours of flights and layovers to spend a day and a half with Rachael in Dallas. And what initially began as a friendship from 20 years prior, became so much more. A long distance love story unfolded- countless flights, late night calls, and 1,400 miles of heart between them. In 2024, Kyle packed up a U-Haul and made the move to Texas, closing the distance between them, and on March 15th of 2025, he asked the most difficult question he had ever asked, but the easiest question for Rachael to answer, with a "Well, DUH." Twenty years, countless miles, and a WHOLE lot of texts later- their hearts are finally home.

There will be cornhole, a paddle board, and plenty of time to relax. Come and go as you like, and feel free to explore the area while you’re there!
