We met at our local synagogue over 3 years ago. One Shabbat, I (Aliza) left my siddur (prayerbook) out on a chair. Eric's son Luke (then 2 years old), hopped up on the chair and was rifling through it, accidentally tearing out a page. Eric insisted on paying me for the siddur, even though I told him I was just going to tape the page in. The next day, I received a text from Eric apologizing again and asking how he could fix the siddur. I told him to send me $10. It was the best $10 he ever spent!
