What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal please! We want you to feel your best and look your best. Suits, dresses and pantsuits are great options and its a great reason to rock that gorgeous outfit you've been waiting for the right occasion. Think spring formal if you need inspiration Ceremony will be outside under a tent rain or shine (with covered entryway as well!) Cocktail hour will be inside with patio access and the reception to follow will be inside. If warm we will have fans, if cold we will have shawls available!

Kids Welcome?

Of course we love your little ones, I am a new aunty myself! However, we kindly ask that you leave the kiddos at home as our wedding is set to be adults only. Enjoy the night with your loved ones and you can treat it as a date night you all deserve!

Pictures, when and where

Answer

We have amazing photographers and videographers for our wedding. Please keep phones in bags or pockets during the ceremony and first dances. We promise you'll have a chance during the reception :) and we will be sure to share any of the photos taken.

Party bus?

Answer

If you are staying at the Simsbury Inn there will be a shuttle van to bring guests to and from the venue (3:00 pm- 4:00 pm) and back to the Inn (9:00 pm - 11:00 pm) at the end. If you choose to drive up the day of the wedding or choose to stay at a different hotel there is ample parking for you at the venue! The venue has no problem with your car being left overnight if needed!

Plus ones for our day ones?

Answer

Due to limited seating, please note that a plus one will be addressed to you if we are able to accommodate them. We are keeping the list close to our hearts so that we will be surrounded by those we know and love.

Our venue is an allergy safe establishment, no nuts, and if you have anything you would like them to be aware of please add it on your RSVP card or reach out beforehand so we can help accommodate.
