We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Details will be sent out closer to. We are going to provide a bus pick up/drop off from Canad Inns Club Regent Casino Hotel, the bus will also stop in Dugald at the Community Club. If you require transportation, please indicate which location when you RSVP.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Our event is 18+ and is limited to guests on the invitation. The only children at our event will be a flower girl and the ring bearers.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

There is a packed gravel path to get to the ceremony location but golf cart can help transport guests if needed. There are no stairs at the venue.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We will be serving hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a delicious dinner, and of course dessert.

I have dietary restrictions, what’s the best way to communicate that with you?

We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know when you RSVP about your dietary needs.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we’d like that time to be unplugged. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post!

Is there parking at the Venue? Can I park overnight?

Answer

There is a big gravel parking lot at the venue. If you leave your car overnight please let us know so we can inform the venue. If you plan to party, you can take the bus back to Dugald or Club Regent Casino!
