We met on a dating site and then met up for a date after we got off work. The first place I had wanted to eat at was closing their sit down area by the time I had gotten off work and got there. If your wondering what place would be closing their sit down area at 8pm ish it was Hardee’s since it was 2023 and some places was still hit hard after Covid. So we then went to Applebee’s since it was close by. After that we went to Walmart to get what I needed and as they say the rest was history.

Honestly he had asked me a few times before our actual date that he proposed. Though I was and am happy every time he did and still does nothing was better than him asking with a ring. We had went shopping at Disney Springs with Wyatt cause he wanted me to pick it out. If you know us you know why it was better for me to pick. Either way I would have loved it since he would have and was thinking of me. Well after all that he kept the ring in our bag or his pocket for the next few days. The night of Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party on Oct. 14th, our last night with Wyatt, we was dressed up like Mike and Sully from Monsters Inc. We had gotten my mom and Dewayne to take Wyatt on some rides while I finished eating and we spent some time together. After looking in stores after eating we got on The People Mover one of my favorite rides. While on it we could see tomorrow land from above as we were talking I told him about it being my favorite ride. So after we were half way through it and came out from Space Mountain view on it he asked me. Then cause I wanted to surprise and see if my mom would notice we went and took pictures and even rode rides with it showing in the pictures and it took her 3 days later to ask. If you are wondering what I mean about pictures I mean our Disney pictures our linked so when either of us takes pictures we get an alert and can see them. Needless to say after she finally asked about it I was trying to show off every chance I could. Oh and I still do I’m so happy with my Disney engagement ring but happier that he knew I wanted to get engaged at Disney that he did it there for me for our official engagement.
