We have secured a room block at the nearby Wellsworth Hotel, where our casual after party will be held. In order to receive the contracted group rate, please call and request your reservation be made in the Soteri-Long Wedding room block. Please feel free to choose your own hotel / accommodations if desired but we hope to be able to hang with you at the after party! :)

Shuttle

Shuttle To / From Hotel to Ceremony

August 16, 2024 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

A shuttle will be available to transport you to / from the hotel. The shuttle to the ceremony / reception site will be at the Wellsworth hotel lobby at 4:05pm to get to the ceremony on time. Please be on time for this shuttle :) 4:05pm - Pickup from Wellsworth Hotel 4:45 pm - Dropoff at ceremony site (Mansion at Bald Hill) If you miss the above shuttle, we ask that you call a taxi service to try and still make it by 5pm, as the next shuttle will arrive late to the ceremony site 5:10 pm- Pickup from Wellsworth Hotel 5:35 pm - Dropoff at ceremony site 8:20pm - Pickup from ceremony/reception site 8:45 pm - Dropoff at Wellsworth hotel 9:10pm - Pickup from ceremony/reception site 9:35pm - Dropoff at Wellsworth hotel 10:00pm - FINAL SHUTTLE DEPARTING CEREMONY/RECEPTION SITE 10:40pm - Dropoff at Wellsworth hotel (after party location)
