What time should I arrive to the reception?

Answer

The night's events will be beginning at 4pm. We ask that you arrive no later than 4:30, so we can proceed with the remainder of the night's events in a timely manner.

What are the ceremony details?

Answer

We will be holding a small, intimate wedding ceremony with immediate family & bridal party only at a separate location from the reception venue. The remainder of our guests will be joining us for dinner & dancing following the ceremony. We are so thankful for the many people in our lives who have supported us as individuals and as a couple. We can't wait to celebrate with everybody at our reception!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting). The reception will be indoors at the Ranch House at Soo Pass Ranch.

Can I take pictures at the wedding ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that you enjoy this special moment presently with us and leave all cell phones or cameras in your purse, pocket, or vehicle during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture every detail of the day, and we will of course share those photos with you afterwards! After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day, and we encourage you to snap away!

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that you only bring those formally invited on your invitation. We hope you understand & enjoy the night, as we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Your invitation will be made out to "Your Name" and "Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. We, unfortunately, cannot accommodate additional guests.

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive an RSVP by the requested date, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide a total guest count to the venue and vendors within the time frame they have given us. We appreciate your understanding.
