Unfortunately, we do not have allocated seats for any extra dates or plus ones. Everyone attending the ceremony will have their own unique invite. If in doubt, please don't hesitate to reach out to us and confirm.
Please aim to arrive at the ceremony at 10:45. As a reminder, the event will be on the first floor of Oxford Town Hall. If you do not see other guests, please do not hesitate to ask the reception desk, and they will point you in the right direction. The event will begin promptly at 11:00, so please do not be late.
Yes, you can make a special request due to any food allergy or dietary restriction. These requests should be made when you fill out the RSVP form.
Unfortunately, there is no allocated parking for visitors of any event at Oxford Town Hall, as it is located in the centre of historic Oxford. However, all Park and Ride bus stops and various car parks are located nearby, with Oxford train station also a short walk away.
Following the ceremony, everyone is invited to join the bride and groom for drinks and meals at St Aldates Tavern. The only meals and refreshments provided to guests for the day will be during the catered lunch for the ceremony.

Please head here directly after ceremony concludes. St Aldate's Tavern is right across the street from the Town Hall. We have the entire first floor (second floor in American terminology) booked for our private celebration. Other than light snacks at the celebration's opening, all other food and beverages are not covered by the bride and groom. No RSVP requirement to attend. All are welcome, even if you did not participate in the wedding banquet.
