5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
This event is casual/semi-formal attire! Think “nice summer evening” … Wear whatever makes you happy :)
There will be a simple BBQ with mingling and cocktails on the back patio at the Inn. Looking forward to seeing you all there!
6:45 am
Athletic attire
Kit and I are organizing a short little run through the town of Brandon to a Vermont novelty - a covered bridge. This will be our last run as free-range chickens, we hope you'll join us! There will be both a running and walking option, and absolutely no pressure for either! We will also need supporting spectators as well as a hype crew at the start/finish.
3:45 pm - 11:00 pm
Cocktail/Semi-Formal Attire: Wear long cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and nice jackets and slacks. No jeans or athletic attire please. This is your chance to dress up and have fun, we encourage you to look your best!
Our short and sweet ceremony will be followed by a sunset cocktail hour and a tapas style dinner. We will then have a small amount of time allotted for the sentimental stuff (speeches and first dances) but then will move right to open dance floor! You have all been invited because WE KNOW your abilities on the dance floor deliver :)
Please enter the first and last name of one member of your party below.
If you're responding for you and a guest (or your family), you'll be able to RSVP for your entire group on the next page.
Hotel
For the room block utilize link below, this will take you to the rooms available under the Frey-Noel wedding group. If there are no rooms left under the room block, be sure to check if they have any additional rooms open. The hotel only let us block a certain percentage. This is where the ceremony and reception will be happening and where we are blocking rooms. They have limited space at the inn so we recommend booking as soon as possible for the weekend to guarantee a spot.
Flight
50 miles - 1 hour drive NOTE: Minus the two tiny airports (Rutland and Lebanon) this airport will be the closest. Lots of places to stay, things to do here. Our first recommendation, but be aware that prices can be a little bit more due to it being a smaller airport.
Hotel
Located just down the street from the Brandon Inn, this is another great choice. Please note that there is another wedding happening at this inn the same day as ours. If you want to book here, we recommend doing it sooner rather than later.
Flight
101 miles - 2 hour drive NOTE: Lots of places to stay in Albany if you are flying in late, and very easy to get rental cars.
Flight
183 miles - 3 hour drive NOTE: Go Celtics. Oh, and see the below travel note regarding the Dartmouth Coach
Travel Note
Flying into Boston is typically cheapest, but it is further than some of the other airports mentioned. Whenever my family travels, we typically go through Boston and utilize the Dartmouth Coach to get to Lebanon, NH. From Lebanon, it's an hour drive to Brandon. It may be hard to get a rental car in Lebanon, make sure to check prior to going this route.
Flight
57 miles - 60 minute drive NOTE: Taylor's brother Nick is a pilot at Cape Air and flys the commuter routes back and forth from Boston. This will get you from Boston to Lebanon, NH. Again, rental cars may be hard to find here.
Flight
15 miles - 22 minute drive NOTE: SUPER SMALL. I've never had good luck with this airport. Flights get cancelled frequently and very last minute. But it is closest if you are willing to take the risk.
Flight
272 miles - 5 hour drive NOTE: Before you gawk, hear us out for a second. If you've been wanting to plan a trip to NYC, maybe now is the time. If not, stop reading and ignore this unhinged recommendation. For those with the adventurous spirit, there is an Amtrak that goes from NYC to Rutland, Vermont. The journey is between 5-6 hours and around $60-$80.
Advance online ticket purchase recommended!
Please RSVP by June 1st.
We’re so excited to celebrate with you on our special day! Due to venue capacity and our hope to keep the celebration intimate, we’re only able to accommodate those formally listed on the invitation. We hope you understand, and we truly can’t wait to see you there!
We'd love for you to wear something polished yet playful. Cocktail attire is perfect — suits or jackets for the guys (ties optional!), and dresses, jumpsuits, or chic separates for the ladies. Feel free to add a pop of color, bold prints, or your favorite party shoes. Just no jeans or casual wear, please.
The ceremony will be happening out in the grass field behind the venue so a stiletto may make things a bit treacherous... but a chunkier heel will do just fine!
Typically, early September in Vermont is fairly mild and pleasant weather wise. The average high being around 71 and low of 48. Full disclaimer - that's the average from ChatGBT, so do yourself a favor and look it up as you are packing. Usually we plan for summer attire during the day and light layers for the evenings this time of year.
We kindly ask that you turn off and put away all phones, cameras, and other devices during our ceremony. Our amazing photographer will capture every meaningful moment — we promise to share the photos with you soon!
The ceremony will be out in the field outside/behind the venue. The reception will be a hybrid between the patio and indoor dining rooms.
Yes! We have a block of rooms at the venue - The Brandon Inn. Please visit the "Accommodations and Travel" section of our website for more information.
