Ring Bearer
Asher is a sweet and funny pre-schooler who loves roomba vacuums, chocolate milk, and chasing cats. He is excited to help Mommy & Daddy get married!
Bridesmaid
Less of a friend, and more of a sister, Dany has been a core part of Hillary's world for over a decade. Originally co-workers, Dany's authentic kindness & steadfast support has made her one of the most important people in Hillary and Kirk's lives. She is a young mom with an old soul, who loves animals, plants, and caring for her friends & family. Dany works for the Department of Defense as an IT planner & purchaser.
Bridesmaid
Although they only met a couple years ago, Alex has become a pivotal part of Hillary & Asher's lives; so much so, in fact, that she was named as Asher's Godmother! Alex's warmth, charisma, and humor makes her easy to know & love. She is a crafty DIY master and cat-mom who works as an electrical engineer for the Department of Defense.
Bridesmaid
Never has someone in Hillary's life so embodied love, goodness, and acceptance; Julie is one of those people who simply feels like "home". Although they started as neighbors, she and her wife, Kim, have become two of the closest members of Hillary & Kirk's tribe. Hillary has often relied on Julie for boy-mom advice and help during baby emergencies. Julie is family, and a true Auntie to Asher. She works for the Department of Defense, on the deckplates of our Navy ships.
Groomsman
This handsome specimen is Kirk's next youngest kiddo, though hardly a "kid" anymore! Today he stands at his father's side as a successful, hardworking, charming young man. Kirk is so proud of everything Thomas is, and feels truly blessed to be the father of such a unique and amazing soul. Thom works for the Department of Defense as a shipwright mechanic on US Navy submarines.
Groomsman
As the eldest of Kirk's boys, Jake is the older brother that every kid hopes for. Creative, funny, kind, and authentic, he is the type of person who makes you feel like he is your best friend, even if you've just met. Kirk is proud that Jake is a man who strives for self-improvement every day, is committed to his principles, and is steadfast in his loyalty to his family.
Groomswoman
This lady makes Kirk belly-laugh more than anyone else can! As authentic and kind as she is intelligent, Kim started-out as a neighbor 5 years ago, but quickly became family to Kirk, Hillary, and Asher. Kim's energy can best be compared to backyard bonfires, campsite stories, and sunsets in the forest. Her career is with the City of Seattle Public Works department.
Please RSVP by March 20th, 2025 - The 1st Day of Spring. Formal invitations will include an RSVP card for your convenience.
As an established couple, we are not registered to receive gifts and no gifts are expected! Your beautiful selves are the only gifts we need! However, if you feel compelled, please consider a cash gift or gift card (Lowes, Home Depot, Fred Meyer, etc).
We recommend "dressy casual" attire such as sundresses and khakis. The venue is outdoors, but there are covered areas to lounge as well. Of course! When you RSVP please let us know who will be accompanying you so we can ensure there is adequate seating.
Yes, this is a child-friendly wedding! When you RSVP, please ensure you specify how many children (and what ages) will be attending with you! This will help us accurately calculate catering needs.
