When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by March 1, 2025! You can find the RSVP on our wedding website. Enter the name of one of your guests to complete your RSVP.

Is there transportation to the venue?

Answer

There will be transportation to and from Pine Orchard Yacht and Harbor Club. One bus will leave promptly at 3:15 PM from The Omni Hotel. Two busses will leave promptly at 3:15 P.M. from The Blake Hotel. Following the reception, all of the busses will leave Pine Orchard at 10:30. Ubers and Lifts will be available, but New Haven is a busy city. Our ceremony will start at 4:00 P.M. and we want to make sure you are there with us!

There is plenty of parking available at the venue.

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Please arrive 15-20 minutes before 4:00.

What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding attire is cocktail formal. Dresses (short or long) for the ladies and jackets or suits for the gentlemen are preferred. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be on grass so plan your shoes accordingly. Remember you will look great no matter what you wear, we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Can my kids attend the wedding?

We LOVE your kids! They are such an important part of our lives. We are having an adult only celebration. The kids in attendence are a part of the bridal party. If you need child care please reach out to us.

Is the event inside or outside?

Answer

If Mother Nature is cooperates, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside on Pine Orchard’s lawn. The reception will be inside at Pine Orchard.
