Should I come to the wedding?

Please come. We would love to have our loved ones (you) celebrate all together!!!! It's Kim's biggest fear that no one will come to the wedding and Zach doesn't want the party to be awkward. The best gift is to prove us wrong and have a great time.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 2:30-3:00 PM, the ceremony will start at 3:30 PM.

How do I access the venues? Is there parking?

Answer

Oak Canyon Nature Center: Parking at the Nature Center is limited to 40 spaces, but guests are able to utilize street parking on the sides of Walnut Canyon Road in designated areas as well. There will be a short walk on a dirt path to reach the amphitheater. There will be signs to direct guests, but there is also a map linked below. There will be staff to drive older guests and those with mobility limitations on a cart to the site. The Colony House: Includes a private lot with over 100 complimentary parking spaces and offers overnight parking until 10am the next day.

Yes! Please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make the proper accommodations.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, we'd love for our families to meet them! It's always fun to have littles running around. Fur children are not allowed in the venues. It saddens us to say that there will be no appearance from Tech and Basil.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Would love to see some flowy, colorful but neutral outfits! Please no loud patterns or colors. Again, the wedding ceremony will be outdoors and there will be some dirt paths to access the site. Be mindful of any outfits that may drag on the floor. Please wear comfortable shoes and warm cover ups for December weather.

What if I can't make it or I can only attend the ceremony?

It would be a big bummer, but of course we understand that things come up. We would appreciate if you let us know at least 2 weeks ahead of time. If you hate us, also let us know so that we can uninvite you!
