We suggest cocktail attire. The ceremony will be on grass but the rest of the night is paved!
Signature drinks and appetizers will be served during cocktail hour along with lawn games. Dinner will be served at 6 with dancing and dessert to follow. Parking is available at the venue (please ask for permission for overnight parking. Cars must be picked up by 8:30 am the following morning). Please do not drink and drive.

This event is casual!
We will be hosting a coffee/muffin social for all those wishing to swing by and say goodbye before jetting off. Stop on by to say hello and goodbye at any point in the morning. Street parking is available. On the weekend you CAN park in residential zones. You can enter through the front gate to the left of the house or from the alleyway.
There is plenty of parking at the venue. Please ask in advance if you are interested in overnight parking. If you park overnight, you must pick up your vehicle by 8:30 am the next morning. The ceremony and reception will be at the same location so there will be no need to drive during the event.
We will not provide transportation services to or from the venue (ceremony and reception). Please plan accordingly.
The venue has a dirt parking lot. The ceremony will take place 100 feet from the barn in the grass field. The cocktail hour and reception will take place at the barn. A paved path leads in/out of the barn and to the indoor restroom facilities. The upstairs of the barn is accessible by stairs or an elevator lift. Dinner will be a taco bar buffet at 6:00 pm served in the lower half of the barn. The dining tables are located on the top floor of the barn. There will be gluten-free options. Please let us know on your RSVP about any other dietary restrictions.

The dress suggestion is cocktail attire. Please note that we will be outside for the ceremony and inside and outside for the reception. The average high in Bozeman in July is 84 degrees and the average low is 50 degrees.
Cocktails will be served during cocktail hour along with beer, wine, and hard seltzers. Beer, wine, and seltzers will be available throughout the night.
We are having a professional photographer to capture our big day and all of our guests. Please do not have any phones or cameras out during the ceremony. Photos will be shared and available to download through a personal link after the event.
