When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please ensure that you RVSP by August 15th. We need some time to finalize headcount and ensure that the seating arrangements are ready for the venue to make their preparations.
Question
Are kids welcome?
Answer
Most definitely! Please ensure that you include their names at the comment section found towards the end of your RVSP session, as we want to make sure we place them in the proper seating table.
Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the reception?
Answer
No. However, we are in the process of negotiating for group discounts at nearby hotels (within walking distance from the reception venue), so please stay tuned for that!
Question
Is there free parking at the venue? Their regular parking hours are up to 2 hours for free.
Answer
Yes! We will be able to extend free parking to all of our guests for up to 6 hours that evening. Please ensure that you register your plate at the entrance, where there will be an iPad for you to do so.
