Please take advantage of our payment plans, with a minimum deposit of $100. Payments can be made at your discretion, either in installments or all at once, but must be completed by June 7, 2025. Dates can be adjusted with a minimum stay of 3 nights. A stay of 4 nights includes free transportation to and from the airport, which YOU can schedule according to your flight with the resort. The price is based on double occupancy (regardless of whether only one adult books). Children 17 and younger stay for free. Please note: Flights are not included. To get to Playa del Carmen, you can fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN) and then arrange transportation to your destination

How much does the resort cost?
Answer
The resort is $532 per night for double occupancy (children 17 and younger are free). Please see the resort link for complete cost breakdown.

How many nights should I book at the resort?
Answer
Minimum 3 nights. 4 nights if you want free transportation. We will be at the resort for 4 nights.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
A refundable $100 deposit is required to secure your room by January 8, 2025 All additional payments must be made through the resort's designated link. Your room reservation must be paid in full no later than 6/8/2025. Thank you for your cooperation.

Are kids welcome?

Yes!!! 17 and under are free on the resort. You must still pay for their flight (and passport of course).

Is there transportation?
Answer
Transportation is free if you book 4 or more nights. If you only stay the minimum 3 nights you will have to book your own transportation. Contact us if you need help! Transportation will be provided for any activities off the resort.

Are my flights included in the resort fee?
Answer
Unfortunately, you will need to book your flights separately. Pay Later Travel is a great company where you can pay for your flights over time if needed. Currently, flights from O'Hare are $532 for one person, with a down payment of $52 and weekly payments of $18. Remember, booking your flights early usually saves you money!

Do I have to attend all the events during the stay?
Answer
No, please do not feel obligated to attend all the events. Obviously we want all our guest to be present for everything but we do understand things arise (jet lagged, illness, etc. ) just let us know so that we can plan accordingly.
